The Living Light Reset exists because I went looking for an explanation that no one gave me and eventually found it by doing my own program. What started as a personal breakthrough became the foundation for helping hundreds of women who were telling me the exact same story.

The story

Before the program, there was the woman who needed it most.

The beginning

For most of my life, I was the skinny one.

People always commented on how “lucky” I was great genetics, never having to worry about my weight. And for a long time, that was true. Even after having my son, my weight barely fluctuated.

But then I turned 42 and everything changed.
The wake-up call

Spring 2022 a moment I still remember clearly.

I put on a pair of pants and had a hard time getting them on. I stepped on the scale. 15 extra pounds in all the wrong spots.

To some, 15 pounds might not seem like a big deal. But for someone whose weight had been stable her entire life? It felt massive.

I ate less. I worked out more. I even went to my doctor and had blood work done.

Everything came back normal.

And yet, no matter what I tried, the weight wouldn’t budge. I was frustrated. Confused. And embarrassed because I was helping other women lose weight, yet here I was, struggling with my own body. I felt like a complete imposter.

The epiphany

One night after another wave of hot flashes, another restless sleep it hit me.

I hadn’t even done my own Living Light Metabolic Reset Program.

I had created this program to help my clients reset their metabolism, balance their hormones, and lose weight naturally without counting calories, crazy workouts, or relying on willpower. And yet here I was, stuck in the same outdated beliefs I had spent years teaching others to break free from.

So I decided to do what I would tell any of my clients: trust the process and do the program.

Living proof

In just a few weeks, everything shifted.

The stubborn belly fat melted away. My body composition changed. My sleep improved I actually woke up feeling refreshed. My hot flashes drastically decreased. My energy skyrocketed.

And most importantly? My confidence came back. I felt amazing in my skin and my clothes.

And the best part? It didn’t feel hard.
