1. About Us

Living Light Reset is a women’s metabolic health program operated by Living Proof Institute Inc., led by Dipa Chauhan-Patel. Our registered address is 77 City Centre Drive, Suite 501, Mississauga, Ontario, L5B 1M5, Canada. We can be reached at info@livinglightreset.com or +1 (647) 370-0285.

2. Eligibility

Our programs and services are designed for women aged 18 and older who are seeking support with metabolic health, weight management, energy, and overall wellness. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our programs are not intended to replace medical care. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescription medications that may be affected by dietary or lifestyle changes, please consult your physician before enrolling.

3. Services Offered

• Metabolic Roadmapping Call: A 60-minute 1:1 consultation with a member of Dipa’s team to identify your primary metabolic blockers and clarify next steps. This call does not commit you to any program enrollment.
• Precision Health Package: Includes comprehensive genomic testing through The DNA Company, a 90-minute deep-dive consultation with Dipa, and a personalized protocol. DNA testing is subject to The DNA Company’s own terms, privacy policy, and consent process.
• Living Light Full Program: A comprehensive 12-week metabolic reset including DNA, Oura, and food inflammation testing; a personalized roadmap; weekly live Q&A sessions with Dipa; and a personal exit blueprint. Program content, schedule, and format are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Practice Better, Stripe, and ThriveCart. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your payment method. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Payment plans, where offered, require completion of all installments regardless of program participation
• If you cancel a payment plan mid-program, the remaining balance is still owed in full. Access to program materials, community, and sessions ceases on the cancellation date. No pro-rata refund applies.
• Accounts in default for more than 30 days may be referred for collection
• DNA and lab testing fees paid to third-party providers are governed by those providers’ own payment and refund terms

5. Refund Policy

Metabolic Roadmapping Call

Non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee.

Precision Health Package

Non-refundable once DNA testing materials have been shipped or the consultation has been completed. If neither has occurred and you request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Living Light Full Program

We stand behind our program with a results guarantee. If you complete all program requirements and do not experience meaningful progress, we will work with you to make it right — including extended coaching access or program credit. “Complete all program requirements” means attending at least 80% of live sessions, completing assigned modules, and following the personalized protocol for the full program duration.

Outside of the results guarantee, the following applies:

• Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing any program materials: full refund
• Cancellation after accessing materials or after 7 days: no refund; remaining payment plan balance still owed
• DNA and lab testing components are non-refundable once initiated

6. Results Guarantee

Our results guarantee means: if you follow the program as designed and do not experience meaningful improvement in your stated goals, we will make it right. “Making it right” is at our discretion and may include extended access, additional coaching, or program credit. It does not guarantee a specific weight loss number, timeline, or health outcome. Individual results vary based on genetics, compliance, health history, and other factors outside our control.

7. Health Disclaimer and Scope of Practice

Living Light Reset is a wellness coaching and metabolic health program. Dipa Chauhan-Patel and the Living Light team operate in a coaching and wellness capacity, not as licensed medical practitioners providing regulated healthcare services through this program.

• Nothing in our program, website, consultations, emails, or communications constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• We do not prescribe medications, order laboratory tests as a physician, or diagnose medical conditions
• Program recommendations are educational and wellness-focused
• You are responsible for consulting your physician before making changes to diet, exercise, supplements, or medications
• If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

8. DNA and Genomic Testing

The Precision Health Package and Full Program may include genomic testing through The DNA Company. By proceeding with DNA testing, you acknowledge:

• DNA testing is optional and governed by The DNA Company’s own terms and consent process
• Results are used to personalize your Living Light protocol and are not a clinical diagnosis
• You retain ownership of your genetic data; we do not share it with third parties beyond The DNA Company for testing purposes
• Genomic data is handled with heightened privacy protections consistent with our Privacy Policy

9. Wearable Device Data (Oura Ring)

Certain program tiers involve the use of an Oura Ring wearable to track sleep, recovery, and readiness metrics. Oura data is governed by Oura Health’s own terms and privacy policy. Any data you share with Living Light from your Oura device is used only to support your program coaching and personalization.

10. Intellectual Property

All program materials, curricula, coaching frameworks, videos, worksheets, recipes, and content provided through Living Light Reset are the intellectual property of Living Proof Institute Inc. You may use them for your personal wellness journey only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share program materials with others.

11. Community Standards

If your program includes access to a community platform, group sessions, or live calls, you agree to:

• Treat all members and staff with respect
• Keep others’ personal health information shared in group settings confidential
• Not record sessions without written permission
• Not share or sell program materials obtained through community access

Violations may result in removal from the community without refund.

12. Testimonials and Marketing

By submitting a testimonial, review, or before-and-after photo to Living Light Reset, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in marketing materials, on our website, and on social media. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

All testimonials reflect genuine individual experiences. Results are not typical and individual outcomes vary.

13. FTC Compliance

All material connections between Living Light Reset and individuals who provide testimonials or endorsements are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines. Where testimonials appear in our marketing, relevant disclosures appear nearby. Income, weight loss, and health outcome figures in marketing represent individual results and are not guarantees.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Living Light Reset and Living Proof Institute Inc., its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program or use of our website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living Light Reset, Living Proof Institute Inc., Dipa Chauhan-Patel, and their respective agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of program materials, or failure to follow medical guidance from your physician.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our programs and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that program participation will result in specific health outcomes, weight loss, or other results.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall first be addressed through written negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Class action waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought individually.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
